I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call to see if I am the right fit for you
After a free 20 minute introductory phone call, I offer one to one sessions of 50 minutes.
Sessions can be face to face in Rochford or Rayleigh or remotely via google meet.
I also offer therapy sessions over the phone.
You choose how many sessions you would like on a week to week basis decided at the end of every session. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have.
All sessions are completely confidential unless I feel you may be at harm, in which case I will discuss this with you first.
All sessions are payable on the day via bank transfer.
My cancellation policy is 24hours notice or less the full amount of the session will be payable as stated in my therapy contract which I will send to you before the first session to read through and sign.
Session fees £50 per session face to face
£45 remotely
