I offer a free 20 minute introductory phone call to see if I am the right fit for you, i believe for therapy to work at its best the therapeutic relationship between the counsellor and client is crucial.
After a free 20 minute introductory call, i offer one to one sessions of 50 minutes in my calm, relaxing, warm and friendly counselling room.

Sessions can be face to face in my beautiful therapy room by the sea in Thorpe Bay or remotely via google meet. I also offer walk and talk therapy, and sessions over the phone.

You choose how many sessions you would like on a week to week basis decided at the end of every session. There is no limit to how many sessions you can have.

All sessions are completely confidential, i will send you my therapy contract before our first session which we can go through and discuss on your first session.

All sessions are payable on the day via bank transfer.
Sessions are £55 per session

My cancellation policy is 48 hrs notice, if a session is cancelled outside of this the full amount of the session will be payable.
